If you are a registered member of the Platform, whether as a Traveler or a Shopper, you are contracting with Brrring Company Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada. Regardless of your country of residence or location from which you use the Platform, Brrring Company Inc. is the sole entity responsible for providing the Platform and related services. For the purposes of applicable privacy laws, Brrring Company Inc. is the data controller of your personal information.

Interpretations
- Company means Brrring Company Inc.
- Platform means the Brrring mobile application.
- Traveler means a person traveling by air, train, bus, or other means who carries requested items.

- Service Fee means the fee charged by Brrring for facilitating transactions between Travelers and Shoppers.
