To become a traveler on Brrring App, simply download the app and create an account. Once your account is created, you can schedule your upcoming trips and start browsing orders from our community of shoppers.
To make an offer on an order, simply click on the order you are interested in and select the “Make Offer” button. From there, you can submit your offer to the shopper by entering your own “item price” based on your research of the item at your location and also the “reward amount” which represents your fee for providing the service to the shopper.
Once your offer is accepted by the shopper, you either purchase the item using the same website or store that the shopper has specified in their order request. If no specific instructions or website links are included in the order request, then you can purchase the item from any locations that you are aware of. Be careful to buy the item that meets the exact specifications provided by the shopper (color, size, model etc.) and also the item within the price range that you have agreed to in your offer with the shopper. Purchasing an item at a price higher than what is agreed to with the shopper does not guarantee that you will be reimbursed the differential amount by the shopper. Once you agree on the offer with the customer, an in-app chat will also be enabled for you to confirm the specifications of the item that you need to purchase for the shopper.
The reward amount for deliveries is negotiable between the traveler and the shopper. It can be based on factors such as the cost of the item, the distance traveled, and any other expenses incurred during the delivery process. As a traveler, you have the opportunity to discuss and agree on a fair reward amount with the shopper before accepting an order. As a traveler, you can decide the reward amount that feels good enough for you to perform this task for the shopper but also is reasonable enough to grab the shopper’s attention.
Brrring App ensures that the payment from shoppers is collected before the traveler purchases an item, based on the price agreed between the shopper and traveler, including the traveler’s reward. This provides security to the traveler that they will be reimbursed the cost of the item including their reward amount as long as they deliver the agreed item that meets the specifications requested by the shopper and within the agreed time.
Yes, you can! The more orders you take on, the more rewards you can earn. However, it’s important to keep in mind that each order will have a specific delivery deadline and location, so be sure to pick orders that are manageable with your planned trip.
As a traveler, it is your responsibility to deliver the item within the time as agreed in your offer to the shopper. In case of unforeseen delays, such as delay or cancellation of flight, it is advisable to inform the shopper immediately through Brrring’s in-app chat before purchasing the item. Traveler should provide proof/evidence of flight being delayed and wait for shopper’s approval on the in-app chat for the extension of timeline before purchasing the item. If flight is canceled and traveler is no longer planning to continue with the trip, then this should also be communicated to the shopper as well as to Brrring through the “Report an issue” function where the traveler should upload the proof of flight cancellation. The above steps can only be taken if the traveler has not purchased the item yet. If an item is already purchased then the traveler is responsible to deliver the item to the shopper within the agreed time by any alternate means in order to receive the agreed payment.

This keeps you in touch with the traveler to get all the updates you need until the item is delivered to you.
As a shopper, it is advised that you provide every bit of detail about the item you require a traveler to bring to you (color, size, model etc). This can also include a specific location or website that you want the traveler to purchase the item from and pictures of the item. Once the traveler purchases and delivers the item, you should inspect the item to ensure it meets all the specifications that you mentioned in your order on the Brrring App before providing the acceptance code to the traveler. As long as the item delivered by the traveler meets the specifications of your order, it cannot be refunded or returned. In case you have any issues relating to the item and your order, please use the “Report an issue” function to reach out to the Brrring team for our assistance. Our team will review your request and work with you to find a solution.
